The prices are non negotiable and include the following: local taxes, cleaning charges, use of all products provided and described on this website as well as bed lines and towels.

Booking is from Sunday to Sunday, for alternative requests, please contact us, i am sure we will find a compromise which is suitable for all.

Check in - from 16,00 on the arrival day;

Check out - by 9,00 on the day of departure;

on both days it is possible to leave your car and suitcases in a safe place so that you can enjoy the day at the lakeside.

To secure your holiday, we request 40% of the payment upon booking via bank transfer with the remainder sure 15 days before your holiday begins.

Your deposit will be reimbursed in case of cancellation up to 2 months before the start of your holiday.

Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 500 will be requested and will be reimbursed on the day of departure upon inspection of the house.

- In case of additional cleaning required: 15,00 €/hour;

- lodging of small boats: 50,00 €/day;

- additional bed linen and towels can be requested;

- your four-legged friends will be welcome if they respect the rules of civil coexistence, they will not be left alone in the house, not free in the common areas and the master will clean their droppings; the animal must, moreover, be covered by insurance for damages against third parties and by mandatory prophylaxis: weekly cost € 50.00;

- it's not allowed to use our location for photos and movies without written consent;

- it's forbidden to allow foreign persons to enter the property without written consent;

- the apartment must be left in order, the dishwasher and sink empty, the tableware/pots cleaned, the garbage separated and carried in the appropriate bins.
